Our client has an excellent opportunity for a Cloverleaf Interface Analyst in Bethesda, MD. The position will report to the Corporate Director of Applications and will be primarily responsible for the build, configuration, and implementation of a Cloverleaf Interface engine.

This person*s focus for the first 6 months on the job will be to migrate existing interfaces to the Cloverleaf Interface engine. This person will be responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance and support of new interfaces as part of our migration to a new Hospital Information System.

Since the IT group is a mid-sized group, this person will interact with all team members in IT, the end user community and hospital leadership to ensure expectations are managed appropriately on an ongoing basis.

To be considered for this full time role, you should have 3 or more years of experience as an interface analyst using Cloverleaf, and should be very comfortable with HL7 standards. While not required, Cloverleaf certification is strongly preferred as is prior experience with either McKesson or Meditech*s products (Cloverleaf Level 2 or above). Since this is a senior level role, this person will also have opportunities to take on leadership functions for developing test plans, functional requirements and release management.

Our client is looking for a McKesson HSM (Horizon Surgical manager) Implementation Analyst for a full time employment opportunity in the Washington DC area. The HSM Analyst will plan and organize the implementation of the HSM McKesson Order Entry/Surgical Information Module. They will coordinate the interactions between directors of multiple departments (Nursing, ER, Ancillary Services, etc.) and assess business needs within the clinical community. They will then implement the Order Entry system solution ensuring that key hospital and departmental goals are being met.

To be considered, you should have at least 3 years of working experience implementing and supporting McKesson HSM. You should be comfortable working with physicians, nurses, financial, revenue cycle and ancillary services managers as it pertains to the integration of order entry systems with the clinical areas of a hospital. Most importantly, you should be competent to work all phases of application systems analysis.

One of NetGainā€™s clients in California is looking to hire an ITIL or PMP certified project manager to direct the planning, analysis, design, development and implementation phases of an infrastructure build out. This person will work at client sites throughout the West coast and will be responsible for providing project leadership to onsite and remote support teams. The project manager will leverage their ITIL framework and/or PMP process experience to manage project scope and timeframes. Other responsibilities include leading the technical operations area, coordinating efforts with other client operations groups as well as bringing in additional resources as needed to complete each project assignment. The ideal candidate will have experience in data center design and build. All candidates need to possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills and have a successful track record of project leadership experience. Most importantly, the client is wanting to find someone with the maturity and professionalism that would represent them in the best possible way. A BS in Information Systems, Engineering or other technical field is required, as is 7 or more years of project leadership experience. Proof of ITIL Foundation certification or PMP certification is required to be considered for this role.

Our client is wanting to hire a Meditech Nursing guru. This is a full time role based in the Los Angeles, CA area. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone to make a big impact in the use of Meditech, and subsequently, the quality of care that clinicians can provide for patients.

During the first few months on the job, this hospital would like this person to help with an implementation effort to expand and upgrade the system. The focus will be on to figuring out patient care needs, creating standard patient care plans, doing document assessments on-line, and overall, helping the company to more effectively use nursing resources. There will be some of the usual work like end user training and working with the user community to get the system to 'feel' highly customized, but the brunt of the work has to do with solving the bigger picture challenges of Meditech.

To be considered, you should have experience with Meditech Nursing and have a strong understanding of work flow in a hospital environment.

Our client is wanting to hire an experienced Business Analyst for selecting, implementing and supporting a new ERP system. This role is located in San Diego, CA.

Our client is currently partnering with a consulting firm to assist in the RFI for the ERP system selection. They would like this Business Analyst to work alongside the consulting firm gathering data and requirements that will be used to customize the implementation. This person will be the primary point of contact for the implementation and customization of the ERP system. The focus will be on the Payroll, HR, AP/AR/GL and Fixed Assets modules of the system.

The profile the client is seeking is someone with prior experience implementing and supporting an ERP package. Since the client has not yet selected a vendor, prior experience with vendor selection is highly desired. Candidates should be flexible to work in an implementation model and then move to a support, customization and development role once implementation is complete. To be considered, candidates must have a four year degree.

A client is looking for someone to participate in building iForms using McKesson's toolkit. This is the newer set of build tools, not VGR. The client is just now finishing rolling out McKesson's CPOE product, and this iForms build effort will be occurring alongside the roleout.

Consultants should have extensive McKesson product knowledge, and have experience performing iForms build work with McKesson's new toolkit.

We are working with a client that will be implementing Epic's clinical application, and they have a need for a full time resource (not contract). This person will be provided with training at Epic, and will be functioning in a hands on role during the implementation.

To be considered for this outstanding opportunity, you must have a clinical IT background with a healthcare application such as Cerner, McKesson or SMS Invision. Meditech or Epic experience is highly desired. You must have at least four years experience in a hospital setting to be considered for this role.
