Candidate Bill of Rights with NetGain

1. Confidentiality. We share your resume only with employers that you have expressed interest in pursuing. We never discuss the identities of candidates outside of NetGain.

2. Full Disclosure. We describe all details of the role including critical information regarding the employer, the nature of the position, geographic location and timing. Moreover, we will prepare you for the style, personalities and company culture you can expect to see prior to a phone or in-person interview.

3. Mutual Respect For Time. We do all we can to ensure timely interview feedback to you and ask you for that same professional courtesy.

4. Trusting Relationship. We provide honest and candid feedback to assist in the job search process in the form of resume and interview feedback.

INTERVIEW PREPARATION

1. Know the job you are applying for. Ensure that you understand the job description and details that we provide about the role itself. Go to the employer website and get familiar with the products and/or services that the company provides.

2. Print a map or program the address of the interview location into your GPS. We will provide you with directions by email at least 24 hours in advance of your interview.

3. Arrive 15 minutes early to the interview in order to allow ample time to park and find the interview location. If you are not 15 minutes early, you are late.

4. Dress appropriately for the interview. We strongly recommend wearing conservative, business attire to every interview unless specifically advised otherwise.

5. Look prepared and be prepared. Bring extra copies of your resume with you to the interview. If you expect to meet four interviewers you should bring eight copies of your resume. Bring a fresh pad of paper, a working pen and a bottle of water with you.

6. Prepare a list of no less than five and no more than ten questions that would need to be answered in order for you to say "I would or would not accept this job if it were offered to me".

7. Turn your cell phone on vibrate. During the course of an interview, there are probably not many other calls that would take precedent over the interview.

8. Be yourself.

9. Relax.
